Here are a few things I have gotten accomplished this week.
This quilt belongs to Sharon. It is very older looking and I don't know what time span the fabrics are from. It is very pretty.
I meandered this quilt using ivory thread.
This cute quilt belongs to Gina and is for a dear friends granddaughter. I love these Quick Strippie Quilts! The pattern can be found at www.maryquilts.com . Please remember to give Mary credit when using her pattern.
Quilted with a loopie meander and pink thread. Gina used the striped fabric as the binding. She did a bias binding so it would swirl around the edges.
I whipped up this cute little quilt yesterday. It took about 2 hours from start to finish.
It measures 38 x 52, but I think this pattern could be adjusted to make whatever size you needed. I have many ideas floating around in my head!
I have been working on these tissue holders as bridal favors.
The original pattern I had did not work since the tissue packets open from the end. I modified the pattern and sliced the tissue packets down the top. They are fun to make and go together quickly.
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
You are really catching up on your blogging now. I love Sharon's patchwork! When did Gina have time to sew that cute little baby quilt? I can't wait for summer quilting!
